Exercise and balance

Wienerwald Biosphere Park offers mountain biking routes at every level and for every taste. There are 46 trails, which are well signposted with over 1000 orientation arrows. The link takes you to an overview of the trails by Wienerwald Tourismus.

Around Gumpoldskirchen, there are six marked running and walking routes through the vineyards. With three levels of difficulty, various lengths and altitude differences, there's no excuse not to set off straight away.

The area around the Anninger with the Wilhelmswarte lookout at the peak is part of the Föhrenberge Nature Park. Enjoy the peace and quiet, find new strength on a hike through the mixed and Scots pine woodland or stop for refreshments in one of the huts en route.
